ORDERS

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. Your order is accepted when we send an order-confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or we cannot deliver to the address provided.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charge, or confirmation that delivery is included, will be shown before payment. Payment is taken through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

 

PRODUCTS

PupperMunch currently sells natural dog treats. Natural products can vary slightly in shape, size, colour and appearance; reasonable natural variation is not considered a fault.

 

Please read the ingredients, allergens, analytical information, feeding guidance and suitability information before giving a treat to your dog. You are responsible for selecting treats appropriate for your dog’s size, age, health and chewing style.

Always supervise your dog while treating, provide fresh drinking water and remove any small or sharp pieces. If you are unsure whether a treat is suitable, consult your veterinary professional.

 

DELIVERY

We deliver only to the locations offered at checkout. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an order does not arrive or arrives damaged.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Refund and Return Policy. Subscription orders are also governed by our Subscription Terms.

 

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse of a product, failure to follow the feeding or safety information, or a product being given to a dog for whom it is unsuitable.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you also retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
