Subcription Policy

These terms apply when you purchase a recurring PupperMunch treat-box subscription.

 

HOW THE SUBSCRIPTION WORKS

Your selected box and size will renew every month until cancelled. The first payment is taken when you subscribe. Further payments are taken automatically on the monthly renewal date shown during purchase and in your subscription account.

 

Each successful renewal creates a new order for the selected box. The price shown before purchase includes VAT where applicable. Whether delivery is included or charged separately will be shown before you subscribe.

 

CANCELLING

There is no minimum subscription term. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

 

To cancel, log into your PupperMunch account and open My Subscriptions, or email woof@puppermunch.co.uk. Cancel before your next renewal payment is taken.

 

Cancelling does not normally reverse a payment or order that has already been processed. If a renewal has recently occurred, contact us immediately and we will confirm whether the box can still be stopped. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights are explained in our Refund and Return Policy.

 

FAILED PAYMENTS

If a renewal payment fails, Wix or the payment provider may retry the payment and contact you to update your payment method. The subscription may be cancelled if payment is not successfully collected within the applicable grace period.

 

PRICE OR SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES

We may occasionally need to change a subscription price or its contents. We will give reasonable advance notice of any material change, normally at least 14 days before it affects a renewal, so you can cancel before the new price or change takes effect.

 

DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER DETAILS

You are responsible for keeping your delivery address and payment information current. Update these details or contact us before the next renewal. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after a renewal order has entered processing.

 

These terms should be read together with our general Terms and Conditions and Refund and Return Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
